M-Tech Marine Technologies is part of the M-Tech group. Below is a brief outline of our company, the history, reputation, products and services.
OUR HISTORY
M-Tech specializes in the design, manufacture and supply of marine on/off Shore, caravan park, industrial, construction utility and EV Charging service pedestals and associated equipment. Serving the industry for over 41 years since 1977, M-Tech has been prominent in the innovations and technical enhancements of utility supply pedestals and service equipment. In this time, we have gained a wealth of knowledge in providing our clients with complete solutions and have emerged as Australia’s leader in the Utility Pedestal industry.
TODAY
M-Tech has recently relocated to larger purpose-built manufacturing and development hub located on the Gold Coast (Australia). Equipped with the latest computer aided design machinery, our dedicated trained engineers provide technical design, information, and support to our Coomera (Australia) based factory. Our products are also manufactured and marketed through licensees in the Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, UK, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Middle East, and China, offering our products and services to the world marketplace in over Twenty-Eight countries. As well as marina, utility service pedestals and associated equipment.
PRODUCT
M-Tech prides itself on the fact that 70% of our products are not only manufactured on the Gold Coast Australia, but also the materials that make up the products are sourced within Australia.
All of our service pedestals and modules are manufactured from marine-grade aluminium and then pre-treated to AS3715 & AS4506 Before Being anodised to 25 microns and/or powder-coated with Dulux Duratec Premium Powder Coating to AS3715, AAMA 2603, AMMA 2604 standards.
M-Tech have OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)status with all of our major suppliers. All fasteners (nuts/bolts/screws & washers) are manufactured from 316 marine grade stainless steel.
The M-Tech standard design life is 25 years on all pedestals (excluding electrical componentry).
